  • We will temporarily mark parts of the route with ribbons and signs. Digital track files will also be available for download from our website.
  • Participants of the Hiking 30 (Gy30) will receive energy supplements at the Micești Lake checkpoint, and those of the Hiking 20 (Gy20) can recharge at Adrenalin Park. At both locations, apples, bananas, muesli bars, wafers, and dextrose will be available. Participants of the Hiking 10 (Gy10) will also receive energy supplements (muesli bar, wafer, dextrose) in their starter packs. Drinking water will be available at checkpoints accessible by car.
  • At the FINISH location, starting from 2:00 PM, we will serve a hot meal to all participants.
Important: please bring your own bowl for the meal!
  • For environmental reasons, there will be no disposable plastic cups at the checkpoints, so we kindly ask everyone to bring their own bottle or cup.

Parking

Parking will be available on-site for participants arriving by car. To avoid congestion, please follow the instructions of the volunteers and only park in the designated area.

Baggage storage

Upon request, we provide baggage storage (1 item per person) at the start until the participant reaches the finish line. Please clearly label your baggage with your name and phone number! Please note that we cannot take responsibility for valuables contained in the stored baggage.

First aid

First aid kits will be available at checkpoints.
A medical practitioner and a medical assistant will accompany the tour.
The mountain rescue service (Salvamont) has been notified about the tours. However, the participants should be aware that on certain sections it can take some time for the help to arrive. Everyone is responsible for their own safety and, if needed, should help other participants according to their abilities. We ask all participants to bring with them a small first-aid kit, with the following recommended content: band aid, disinfectant (hydrogen-peroxide, Rivanol solution, Betadine), Magnesium tablets, bandage material.
